1960 Tower Tabulator
Check out the cool Sears & Roebuck logo on the right side of the ribbon cover!
This 1960 Tower Tabulator is basically a Smith-Corona Sterling rebadged for Sears. It came to me in a completely unusable condition. The keys seemed glued in place, as there was old dried oil all over both segments. But after 4 or 5 laquer thinner flushes and a lot of brushing, it’s working great!

Worth the effort!
Now that it’s all cleaned up, this typewriter is ready to write a novel. The keys are responsive and the carriage is smooth.
